AppJet, Java, helma & rhino

Apparently AppJet writes javascript apps using Java helma and serves javascript apps using Java rhino !

http://dev.helma.org/wiki/Sites+using+Helma/
Another browser based soft-coding framework, offered as a hosting service. The AppJet site itself runs on Helma, providing the environment in which the apps are developed, while the resulting apps themselves are served directly from a custom developed Rhino virtualisation engine.

Solaris Legal Requirements

The Solaris 10 code can be obtained via a free Web download, obtaining a Solaris 10 media kit through the Sun store, receiving Solaris 10 pre-installed on Sun systems, among other methods. Use of the operating system is governed by the terms of the Software License Agreement (SLA).

In order to use the Solaris 10 Operating System for perpetual commercial use, each system running the Solaris 10 OS must have an entitlement to do so. The Entitlement Document is delivered to you either with a new Sun system, from Sun Services as part of your service agreement, or via e-mail when you register your systems through the Sun Download Center.

In addition, if you install the Solaris 10 OS on additional systems, you must register those systems to receive an additional Entitlement Document.

The Documentation is the Code !

I've often heard that "The Code is the Documentation" but how about "The Documentation is the Code" ?

AppJet have some amazing documentation where "the documentation really is the application" since underneath most examples there is a button that says "new app from this" that creates an app from the code directly in the online AppJet IDE !

AppJet is the FASTEST way I have ever created a Web Application :
